Terms of Use
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of contact.prioritytaxprep.com, a contact page operated by Priority Tax and Financial Planning, the trade name of Robert W. Pryor Jr. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this page or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms.
1. What this page is for
This page exists so you can send us a message and, if you choose, give us permission to text you. It is an inquiry channel. It is not a client portal, not a secure document-transfer tool, and not a way to give instructions about an account.
Do not use this form to send trade instructions, transfer or withdrawal requests, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax documents. Instructions sent through this form will not be acted on. Existing clients should use the secure channels we have provided to them.
2. No advice; no client relationship
Information on this page is general and for informational purposes only. It is not investment, tax, legal, or financial planning advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to engage any advisory service.
Submitting this form does not create a client, advisory, or engagement relationship between you and Robert W. Pryor Jr. or Priority Tax and Financial Planning. A relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement and the required onboarding steps are complete.
Investment advisory services can only be provided in jurisdictions where the adviser is properly registered or exempt from registration. Nothing on this page should be read as an offer of advisory services in any state where such an offer would be unlawful.
3. Text messages
The contact form includes two separate, optional, unchecked consent boxes — one for customer care and appointment messages, one for promotional and marketing messages. By checking a box you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The mobile number you entered belongs to you, and you are authorized to receive texts at it.
- You understand that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply.
- You may reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything or of working with us. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we do not text someone else.
Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers (including, for example, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about yourself.
- Do not submit information on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
- Do not use this page for unlawful purposes, or to send abusive, harmful, or automated content.
5. Our response
We aim to respond to inquiries within one business day, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. We cannot guarantee a response time, and submitting the form does not obligate us to accept you as a client or to admit you to any program.
6. Programs and educational content
Any educational program, course, or calculator we describe is provided for education and personal planning purposes. Results depend on the assumptions you provide and may vary with each use and over time. Participation in an educational program is not an investment advisory engagement, and no particular financial outcome is promised or guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
The Priority Tax and Financial Planning name, logo, and the content of this page are owned by Robert W. Pryor Jr. and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
This page is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robert W. Pryor Jr. and Priority Tax and Financial Planning are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this page, from delayed or undelivered messages, or from any reliance on general information provided here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of this page after a change means you accept the updated terms.
